The Ginger Group was formed when three like-minded financial services groups, with a speciality skill in distribution, combined their resources to achieve a common goal.
The merging of three leading New Zealand financial services businesses, Professional Investment Services (NZ) Ltd, Minerva Group Ltd and Brokers InvestmentGroup (BIG) during 2010 resulted in Ginger Group, with common values of 'care, share and dare to be different'.
The group's aims are to support recruitment and development of advisers in the financial services industry; support education and training as the future of the industry; support better systems and processes for advisers to utilise; and facilitate optimal adviser-client interaction.
