This is a rare opportunity to join a leading financial services organisation as our HR Coordinator.
Working with the Chief Operating Officer locally and a professional HR team in the Group’s Australian head office, your areas of responsibilities will include:
• Involvement in the entire end-to-end recruitment process
• Administering our staff induction program
• Compiling employment offer packages
• Developing and compiling performance reviews
• Reporting on key metric data
• Development of training initiatives
• General HR administration activities
The ideal candidate will have a degree in HRM or related field with at least 12 months experience in a similar role and demonstrated understanding of current legislation.
You will also be familiar with the requirements of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism associated with a role such as this.
For the right person with a “can do” attitude, you will be exposed to role enrichment and progression for your future development.
