1. Manager, Business Development

With an excellent understanding of the financial planning industry and in particular the sales management process, your primary responsibilities include:

• The ongoing management of a team of financial advisers;
• Leading the development of our business by implementing and developing strategies to assist the financial advisers;
• Providing business coaching including conducting training sessions;
• Development and implementation of business plans;
• Recruitment, training, monitoring and management of new financial advisers; and
• Mentoring, coaching and guidance of both experienced and inexperienced financial advisers.

To be successful in this role, you will have 3-5 years’ experience in financial services, have a Degree/Diploma in Finance or equivalent, have superior presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with proven management and leadership qualities. The ability to travel and work in an environment with flexible working hours are essential for this position.

2. Personal Assistant, CEO Office

This position requires a high level of professionalism and competence. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and General Manager of Compliance & Legal Divisions, handle confidential materials critical to the organisation, co-ordinate with local and regional offices for meetings and travel, assist in arranging travel schedules and itineraries for our annual event and conference.

Specifically, the ideal candidate should possess a good Diploma in secretarial with a minimum of 2 years of secretarial skills supporting senior management within a legal firm, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, able to exercise high initiative and flexibility with good sense of prioritisation of important tasks. In addition, you must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication, time and prioritisation skills.
